Return policy
Cancellation of Order
We accept order cancellations only before the products are shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before shipping, you will receive a full refund . However, we will not be able to cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We offer a 30 day period after receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused , in its original condition , and in its original packaging . A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.
Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming that the item has been returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is validated, the refund will be made via your initial payment method within 1 to 5 days .
Delays or Failure to Refund (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Finally, contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before your refund appears.
